This New Pillow Finally Makes It Possible To Nap Anywhere

Five years ago, almost to the day, the internet collectively threw its money at the Ostrich Pillow – a spherical pillow with specially fitted holes for hands, heads and necks, making it possible to nap almost anywhere.
Now, the Ostrich Pillow’s creators are back with the second-generation Ostrich Pillow, which sports a more subtle but equally versatile design. Dubbed the Ostrich Pillow Light, the new design was largely decided by a public survey back in 2013.
According to London-based designers Ali Ganjavian and Key Portilla-Kawamura, as much as people loved their OG design, they found to too bulky to make full use of it.
And so the Ostrich Pillow 2.0 was born, following in the footsteps of its predecessor by more than tripling its $42,000 funding goal (P25,000) to raise $160,000 (P94,000).
It sports a single circular cushion that can be worn around the head and over the eyes, meaning it makes a comfy replacement for the old U-shaped neck cushion you’ve been carting on and off planes for years. Genius.
The Ostrich Pillow Light comes in six reversible colour combos and costs $58 ($45USD) to buy. You know where to find us.
