What is it? Vietnam’s infamous noodle broth soup.

Where can you get it? Although it originated in the north of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City is commonly known as the “pho hub” of Vietnam with the beloved soup on the boil on most street-side corners. Pull up a chair and enjoy this delicacy like the locals do.

What’s in it? The traditional breakfast soup is usually served with rare beef, been shoots and a heap of Thai basil leaves. Add extra meat and chilli for a real kick.

Is it good for you? Sure is, and all that chilli will clear your sinuses up for sure.

How much does it cost? It varies from corner to corner, but it’s very cheap.
