The World’s 50 Best Bars For 2017 Have Been Revealed

Every year, The World’s 50 Bars announces its much-anticipated and definitive ranking of the best bars across the globe. Five-hundred industry experts from 55 different countries vote for their favourites in a chance for them to nab a sought-after spot.

London: American Bar, The Savoy Hotel

As transatlantic travel became more popular in the late 19th and early 20th Centuries, American Bars opened throughout London. The American Bar at The Savoy is the longest-surviving of these bars and one of the most iconic cocktail bars in the world.

London: Dandelyan, Mondrian London

Second spot in this list isn’t the only award Dandelyan has nabbed this year — it also scored the title of World’s Best Cocktail Bar, Best International Bar Team and Best International Hotel Bar.

New York: The Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog

The Clumsies all-day bar is at the centre of Athens and offers unique cocktails by distinguished bartenders.

Singapore: Manhattan

On the second level of Regent Singapore sits a portal to 19th-century New York City, where ladies are decorated in pearls and gentlemen dress to the nines.
