Far Meadows is an eco-friendly lodging spot located right in the heart of Sierra National Forest, just a stones throw away from Yosemite National Park. The modern and airy A-Frame cabin sits on around twenty acres of private land with the cabin’s remote location offering your very own private Yosemite, without the hoards of crowds.

There’s secret swimming holes, dozens of undiscovered walking tracks and your own private meadow at your disposal – it’ll definitely be hard to leave once you’ve settled in here.

The A-frame features high ceilings, a soaking tub, floating staircase and a prominent skylight so you can watch the night sky as you sleep. The furnishings are modern and chic and almost make you forget you’re hidden deep in a quiet wilderness forest.

Far meadows is also pet-friendly so you can bring your friendly pooch along to explore the vast surrounds.

The rentals are pretty remote, but your hosts will teach you all there is to know about the surrounding regions with great tips on local spots like the Camino River Falls, the Iron Lakes, and of course, Yosemite.
