This Cabin Is Disguised As A Perfectly Stacked Pile Of Firewood

Camouflaged cabins seem to be all the rage right now. I guess you can’t truly be one with nature if you stick out like a sore thumb.

From a distance this looks like a pretty stock standard, albeit suspiciously perfect, pile of firewood in the area of Hilversum in the Netherlands. But really, only a wizard could stack logs with such precision.

As you move closer, you can notice seams that have windows springing from them, and a door handle which opens to the personal Narnia of entertainer and Emmy-award winner Hans Liberg. The cabin serves as an office and recording studio for the multi-instrumentalist from Amsterdam.

Built by furniture designer Piet Hein Eek, the cabin is surprisingly spacious and stylish inside, providing Liberg with plenty of room to create his comedy cabaret.

When the urge for privacy reaches its peak, he can simply pull down the windows, shut out the rest of the world and strike the keys in his hideout. Sounds like heaven.
