Sydney’s Night Noodle Markets are back, baby! The festival dedicated to everyone’s favourite dish has made its way back to Hyde Park earlier this October as part of Good Food Month.

And ICYMI, there are still seven days left to get stuck into some of that late-night carb-filled goodness.

Get down to Hyde Park this week and check out all of the 40 sizzling food stalls dishing up some of the best Asian-inspired street eats the city has on offer. The atmosphere is next-level, mirroring what you might expect to see at a traditional Asian market, with the addition of some modern touches, like live DJ sets, solo musicians and LED-lit dancing dragons.

Expect festival favourites, like Chur Burger, Din Tai Fung and House of Crabs. But don’t forget to leave room for dessert! Gelato Messina, Black Star Pastry and N2 Gelato will be on site whipping up some bespoke dessert creations.
