Sydney Is Throwing A Three-Day Hot Sauce And Chilli Festival This Weekend
ATTN: chilli enthusiasts, hot-sauce fans and lovers of all things spice and everything nice. Cancel any plans this weekend, because a three-day hot sauce and chilli festival is coming to Sydney and it’s set to be absolute fire.

It’s all going down at the foodie precinct, Steam Mill Lane in Haymarket. The laneway will transform into its inaugural Hot Sauce and Chilli Festival.
The three-day event has seriously everything a spice fan could ever need, with pop-up stalls slinging delicious eats, an impressive line-up of live musicians, fiery food and drink specials and, of course, some chilli-eating contests to determine who is the ultimate spice king or queen.
There will be a bunch of limited-edition spiced-up goodies from the restaurants of Steam Mill Lane. Think spicy sandos from Belles Hot Chicken, chilli and pizza and chilli cocktails from Il Bacio, spicy poke from Fishbowl, spicy matcha lattes from Matcha-Ya and heaps, heaps more.
The Hot Sauce and Chilli Festival at Steam Mill Lane, Haymarket will run from Friday, August 17 till Sunday, August 19. Entry is free.
