Puppers, doggos, floofs and hoomans – rejoice! Sydney Dog Lovers Show is returning for its fifth year, and it’s doin’ us one heck of an excite! It’s one of the largest dog events in the entire world, where thousands of pooches and their humans will flock to celebrate all things pup.

This is no bamboozle. It’s all going down at the Royal Hall of Industries and Hordern Pavilion on the weekend of August 4 and 5.

So what can one expect from the Sydney Dog Lovers Show? Lots, so it turns out.

Marvel at the quickest boys demonstrating speed and agility in the Royal Canine Arena, learn about hundreds of breeds and help find the perfect doggo for your lifestyle, be wowed during the event’s annual – wait for it – Common Woof Games or buy your dog some fly new threads and yummy treats – they deserve it. There is seriously heaps on over the two days.

But the one experience which keeps punters returning each year is the Pat-a-Pooch zone, and it’s exactly what you think it is. Here you can cuddle up with a bunch of handsome boys and girls. There are dachshunds, samoyeds, and so many more sweet baby angels who will be waiting for you to give them belly rubs and boops.

Tickets are $20 each, and can be purchased online. But can you really put a price on the purest form of happiness?
