Scotland Has Been Voted The World’s Most Beautiful Country

Ooh, ahh.

Ask anyone about their recent trip, and they’ll likely say, “It was so beautiful!”, whatever the destination.

And while you’d be hard-pressed to see all the world’s picturesque spots for yourself in the space of a lifetime, there are some you can bet will be just as spectacular whether you get there in five years or 50.

A reader poll by Rough Guides has seen Scotland named the world’s most beautiful country, with Canada and New Zealand close behind. Scroll down to see which of the world’s most spectacular destinations made the top 10.
