This ’80s-Themed Roller Disco Brunch Is Coming To Australia With Lots Of Neon And Spandex
The ’80s are so hot right now. Maybe even more hot than they were in the actual ’80s. So it’s fitting that we get a fair share of throwback events complete with neon, spandex, leg warmers and teased hair under headbands. The Roller Disco Brunch heading to Australia is just what the disco doctor ordered.
Strap on a pair of roller skates to dazzle the dance floor with your moves while the DJ spins some ICONIC classics from the era. Glam retro outfits are encouraged, because who wants to go to an ’80s party without any glitter or neon?

Outside of the rink, you’ll be dining on an exquisite brunch spread and plenty of booze. Just be smart about drinking and skating!
Melbourne is getting the roller disco first at Seaworks in Williamstown, and skaters will have a few options: there are three skate and brunch sessions on August 24, plus three skate-only sessions each day on August 23 and 24. Sydney’s Cruise Bar rooftop in Circular Quay is getting three skate and brunch sessions on August 31, with three more skate-only sessions that evening. Tickets are on sale now on the Roller Disco Brunch website.
