Photographer’s Snaps Capture The World’s Unique Beach Cultures

Aussie photographer Rex Dupain has been capturing the world’s beaches – and the characters who frequent them – for 20 years, and has particularly enjoyed watching Bondi Beach’s rise in popularity among the planet’s most-sought-after sandy stretches. His exhibition Sunscreen Celebrities uncovers the beach cultures of Barcelona, Coney Island, Bondi and beyond. The exhibition is presented by the Australian Centre for Photography and Waverly Council and runs until Sunday, January 28, at the Bondi Pavillion Gallery. Entry is free.
