PSA: A Prosecco Festival Is Coming To Melbourne!

Listen up, wine lovers, because Australia’s very first prosecco festival is coming to Melbourne next month. To say we’re excited would be an understatement.

Here’s how it works: Bubbly-lovers will head to Cargo Hall in South Wharf for what can only be described as prosecco heaven, for one of two four-hour sessions (or both) – each as fabulous as each other.

On the day, guests will be welcome to explore a marvellous selection of the world’s most popular drops, meet growers, winemakers and importers, and make the most of the free tastings of all the world-class prosecco on offer.

Exhibitors include Box Grove Vineyard, Festival City Wines, Politini Wines, Regina VinoSANTA & D’SAS, Symphonia Fine Wines and more.

And what’s wine without a few sneaky snacks? Festival organisers have paired the wines with the most incredible foods, like oysters, local cheeses and caviar. Delish.

If you’re after something a little heartier, delicious Italian food will be available also from a menu prepared exclusively for the festival, and there’ll be great music to get you in the mood.

The Prosecco Festival is a one-day event, kicking off at 11am on Sunday, February 25. Tickets are $50 per person for a four-hour session, and can be purchased online.
