People Are Freaking Out About An Adult Ball Pit In NYC

Move over Washington DC, it’s NYC’s time to shine. Starting this month in SOHO, a fully-fledged ball pit will overtake the offices of creative agency Pearlfisher in Manhattan.

Following their success in the UK, Pearlfisher have brought JumpIn! – the interactive art installation – to their fifth floor office space. Upwards of 81,000 white plastic balls will be transported into the small artistic space where the public can come in and relive some childhood nostalgia.

The team’s goal is to “experience the power of play first hand”. And while the space is free to visitors, you can donate $5 to Pearlfisher to keep their awesome creativity flowing and to possibly bring the ball-pit to a new city. Can someone please do this in Australia already?
