Could You Deal With This Terrifying Clifftop Pool In Bali?

oneeighty bali the edge pool

Talk about a pool with a view! We’ve talked about precarious pool placements before, but this cliffside swim, called the Edge Bali, might just take home the win for oneeightyº Dayclub and Skypool.

The Edge pool is located 162 metres above the ocean, giving incredible views over the Indian Ocean, the rugged and green surrounding cliffs. You also get a good view of the shoreline directly below you through its glass bottom, which extends six metres out over the cliff edge.

Sure, it’s a pretty damn good view, but could your nerves handle being in the open air that close to a perilous drop? I’m not so sure anyone on the AWOL team has the guts.

If you think you can deal, book into the dayclub through the oneeightyº website. General admission bookings cost Rp 650,000 (AU$45) per person, which includes a Rp 350,000 (AU$35) food and beverage credit. The booking also includes access to the Sand Lounge, Terrace or Bar for up to four hours, as well as use of complimentary wifi and access to the Skypool.

The oneeightyº dayclub is located in Uluwatu, on the southernmost tip of the island of Bali, south of Kuta and Denpasar. Check out our other guides for what to do in Bali, cool pools around the world, or some of the best islands in Indonesia (that aren’t Bali).
