The US Is Getting A Craft Beer Hotel

It involves a hot tub full of beer and a beer fridge in the shower.

The craft beer obsession has reached fever pitch in America, and it’s not slowing down anytime soon. Scottish craft beer company Brewdog has just announced plans to open up a hotel dedicated to the beverage in Columbus, Ohio.

Aptly named for a hotel entirely dedicated to beer, the Doghouse Hotel will be the ultimate destination for beer lovers. It’s intended to sit right next to the recently opened Brewdog brewery in Columbus and provide guests with the beery experience of their dreams. The rooms are expected to include mini bars stocked with craft beer, an in-built beer tap and fridges in the shower that will be fully stocked with beer.

The hotel itself will house a restaurant specialising in food that pairs with beer, spa treatments using bespoke hop oils and even a hot tub filled with beer. Just… beer. So much beer.

As written on their website, “There are a few hotels where you can stay near to a brewery – but there are none where you can wake up inside a brewery.” This is especially exciting if waking up inside a brewery has always been a particular dream of yours.

The company has kicked off an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign to get the project started, and it seems it’s already reached its goal. Hopefully this means we’ll be seeing the world’s first beer hotel popping up sometime very soon. Keep your eyes peeled.
