A Brand New Disney Theme Park Is On The Way
Tokyo Disneyland is among the most popular Disney parks in the world, with more than 17 million visitors flocking to the Happiest Place on Earth in Japan each year.
But it seems the sprawling 15-acre theme park can’t keep up with the demands of the millions of fans, with Tokyo’s Disney Resort reportedly gearing up to build a third park at its Urayasu compound.
The newly announced park will reportedly take on a Japanese theme, with attractions built to reflect the history, art and uniqueness of the culturally rich land. The concept draws inspiration from Disney’s California Adventure and Epcot’s World Showcase, which highlights the culture of 10 foreign countries at Walt Disney Word, Florida.
So, when can you visit the brand-spanking-new park? That’s still TBC. While more details are likely to come next year, construction is set to begin in 2025.
