If you’ve ever wanted to have erotica read to you in a room full of strangers, you’re in luck – the hilarious NSFW podcast My Dad Wrote A Porno is bringing its live show back to Australia next year.
For anyone who’s not aware, the podcast is pretty self-explanatory: Jamie Morton found his dad’s series of (terrible) adult novels and decided to lean into the moment by reading the Belinda Blinked saga out to the world on a podcast with his friends James Cooper and Alice Levine.

My Dad Wrote A Porno has over 180 million downloads and a HBO special, and now it’s coming to Australia as a live show in January 2020.
Now four books deep, with a fifth being released in September just in time for the tour, the series follows the sexual adventures of Belinda Blumenthal. It’s cringey, and amazing, and awkward, and the tour will see the hosts reading previously unreleased material from the entire saga. They’ll be chucking in some surprises and interactive elements as well, which we shudder to imagine.
