Your Best ‘80s-Inspired Get-Up Could Win You Some Awesome Australiana From Koala

We see you, out here crushing your fitness goals and using your home workouts to stay in shape, get your post-iso body ready, or even just to give your mental wellbeing a little TLC.

The folks at Koala and Retrosweat reckon that kind of commitment to getting up and moving deserves its own reward. That’s why they’ve joined forces to create The Great Australian Workout and to give away a stack of awesome prizes to lycra-clad fitness fans.

One lucky winner will receive a Ken Done care package, including a Koala sofa, Ken’s artwork, tea towel and other retro gifties. Talk about an inspiring workout motivation!

To be in the running to win, all you have to do is put on your favourite ’80s outfit and recreate an exercise from The Great Australian Workout. Film it, add in a bangin’ ’80s soundtrack and post the video to TikTok. Make sure you use the #thegreataustralianworkout hashtag and tag @retrosweat and @koala on TikTok and Instagram to wow the judges with your moves.

The winner will be chosen on the creativity of their outfit as well as the visual appeal and originality of their video. Sound good? Of course it does, so better dig out your fiercest lycra lewk ASAP. The competition’s open from June 2–12 and you can enter as many times as you like.
