Idris Elba Is Opening A New Cocktail Bar In London
Idris Elba, the uncomfortably attractive award-winning actor, producer and DJ can soon add bar owner to his long list of accolades, when his brand-new cocktail bar, The Parrot, opens its doors in London later next month.

The Parrot will exist within London’s Waldorf Hilton Hotel, meaning you can almost certainly expect it to be rather high-end, serving up an extensive list of cocktails, all of which have been carefully paired with small plates, designed by the hotel’s head chef.
Paying homage to Elba’s musical talents, the bar will play house to a five-piece live house band, with a rotating guest singer every evening to ensure things keep fresh. There are also said to be secret shows, calling unknown stars and performers up to the stage, making for some unforgettable nights.
The bar isn’t giving much away in ways of photos or social media, so we’re expecting the mystery and surprise to be worth the wait, when it opens in October.
