How To Support Your Favourite Restaurants And Bars During *All This*

Bar Totti's: Antipasti Reigns Supreme At Sydney's New Italian CBD Venue, home delivery

We all have a favourite bar or restaurant. The place that’s been there with us through the good times and the bad — the first dates, the last dates, and every moment in between. But now, a lot of our favourite local bars and restaurants are doing it tough.

With the coronavirus crisis expected to drag on for at least the next few months, all of our favourite cafes, restaurants and bars have been reduced to offering takeaway services only, and some have sadly closed their doors altogether. But a lot of places — including some of the Australia’s biggest names in fine dining — have quickly adapted to the new rules, and are offering incredible deals on pick-up and takeaway meals.

At AWOL, we’ve always supported our local hospitality industry, and that’s not going to end any time soon. So we’ve compiled this handy list of local restaurants, bars and cafes that are offering great deals in this very weird time. We should note, there’s no way we could possibly list all of our favourite venues here. We’ve tried to pull together some handy resources, and found some of the best, but if you’ve got a local favourite that you absolutely love, please, head over to our comments on AWOL’s Facebook page and let us know. Every little bit helps.
