Get Your Gin And Gelato Fix All At Once At This Sydney Soft Serve Bar

Nothing says Aussie summer quite like eating a 40-cent Maccas soft serve on a stinking hot day. But every now and again, we need something slightly more grown-up and classy to cool us down. Preferably, of the alcoholic variety. Thankfully, we can now do all of the above at once, thanks to a new pop-up at Gin Lane in Chippendale, Sydney.

Gin Lane founder bartender Grant Collins has teamed up with frozen dessert expert David Lopresti of Florentia to create a range of boozy, cocktail-inspired soft serves.  The retro-style treats are crafted with liquor freshly squeezed juices and fun garnishes.

On the menu is the sweet and creamy Singapore Sling with honeycomb and chocolate candied orange and the soft serve Negroni with gin, campari and Rosso. There’s also the Campari soft serve with cold-pressed lime with candied orange and a chocolate flake and the Aperol spritz is reimagined with prosecco and candied orange and popping candy.
