Taste More Than 100 Gins At This Massive G&T Festival In Sydney

Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Festival Is Coming Back To Sydney In September

It’s springtime, which can only mean more park dates, picnics, and more day drinking! So why not do all of that in style at the Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Festival in Sydney’s lush-as-hell Centennial Parklands?

The festival will champion the humble G&T in all its forms — we’re talking the classic drink, fancy cocktails, and even gin and tonic-infused gelato. All up, there’ll be more than 100 gins and drinks on offer. One. Hundred. Gins.

Sydney faves Archie Rose will be there, because of course, as well as Four Pillars Gin, Adelaide Hills Distillers, Hayman’s of London, Beefeater, and Japan’s Ki No Bi.

There’ll even be gins that have never been tasted in Australia before. Archie Rose will be debuting its Inside + Outside Gin, Hendrick’s Gin will be introducing the Midsummer Solstice Gin, New Zealand’s Scapegrace will be pouring its Black Gin, and Fever-Tree will have two new tonic waters to try.

As for food, you can buy a whole heap of picnic hampers on the day, including one stuffed full of cheese, crackers and fruit. Yes please! Nighthawk Diner, Taco Hawk and Agape Organic will be on site serving you their finest meals out of gourmet food trucks, and Mr Goaty Gelato will be whipping up that G&T-infused gelato we mentioned.

There’ll also be masterclasses where you can learn the secrets of making the perfect G&T, and live music to round out the entertainment.
