There’s An All-Day Italian Disco And Pizza Party Going Down In Sydney This Long Weekend
There’s a lot to unpack in that headline so let us break it down for you: The Dolphin in Sydney‘s Surry Hills is throwing a party by the Italo Dining and Disco Club. There’ll be Italian food done New York-style. There’ll be a DJ spinning tunes. There’ll be special cocktails. The party’s going to rage on over the long weekend.
This will be the eighth Italo Dining and Disco Club party. They’re a celebration of all things Italian, with an extra-special focus on disco, drinking and dining. Hell to the yes.

There’ll be pizzas and pastas (all with sauces and toppings for you to mix and match), schnitzels, burgers and seafood and, of course, loads of drinks. Selections from The Dolphin’s wine room will be joined by two special cocktails from the upstairs bar, Scout.

The Jeez I Fucked Up cocktail is cacao vodka, Contratto, raspberry vermouth and Scout pet-nat, and the Rome and Stormy is made with Antica Fashionista, amaretto, ginger and lemon myrtle kombucha.
There’ll be events on throughout the day, like a collaboration between Italo Dining and Disco Club and Scout — try the Miami Vice Negroni with strawberry gum gin or the Americano cocktail with cold-drip Contratto bitter and sweet vermouth — and a walk-in special in The Dolphin’s wine room.
