Can You Handle The New Paranormal Tours At Sydney’s Most Haunted Historic Site?

Just a short ferry ride from Circular Quay, Sydney’s Cockatoo Island is simply beautiful. It offers some incredible views of the iconic Sydney Harbour, has flashy camping… oh and it’s haunted as heck.

Don’t believe us? Check out the island’s spooky new paranormal tour and see for yourself, if you dare.

Cockatoo Island has an eerie history. Between the years of 1839 and 1869, it was operated as a holding facility for convicts who had re-offended in the colonies. Since then, there has been a bunch of reported paranormal activity.

You’ll get exclusive access to buildings not open to the public and even be kitted out with paranormal detection equipment – we’re not making this stuff up, we promise. Plus, your guide will be on hand to tell chilling (and very real) stories of murders, failed prison escapes and death-inducing accidents.
