You won’t find the regular granola or two eggs on sourdough here. Everything is a little more bold, such as bolognese eggplant with parmesan and a poached egg. Or an unagi hotdog, featuring eel, kale and mayonnaise. Also attractive is the citrus miso cured salmon, and for dessert you can try a “raindrop cake” in a range of flavours.

Elsewhere on the menu you’ll find the “signature” fluffy dutch pancakes, and colourful “freaky shakes” with toppings such as Froot Loops spilling down the side of the stein they’re served in.
