Ibiza’s Iconic Café Del Mar Has Opened A New Beach Club In Bali

Ibiza conjures up images of epic parties, luxurious beach clubs and eye-poppingly beautiful hotels and bars. And now a slice of the Ibiza lifestyle is coming to Bali, with the legendary Café del Mar opening a new beach club on the beach of Canggu.

Famous for dazzling sunset views, euphonic chill out music and the very best in laid-back luxury, Café del Mar is a natural fit for Bali. The new venue, which opened at the start of October, invites guests to drop in for a long lunch that continues through sun down, and stay on to party the night away with fine dining, raging dance moves and open air views of the starry night sky.

The centrepiece of Café del Mar Bali is the 700 square-metre infinity pool with stunning views over the beach and ocean beyond. With views like this, there’s not a bad seat in the house, so take your pick from 60 outdoor benches, 58 sun loungers, 37 day beds, 13 cabanas, 3 semi-submersed luxury pool booths or four sunset booths.

If you want to treat yourself to an extra dose of the high-life, there are also deluxe private suites, plus a VIP suite right next to the stage. Like all Café del Mar venues, the new Bali club will host an exciting rotating lineup of international DJs, musical guests and large-scale outdoor music events, so this suite is going to be popular.

“Bali is the perfect location for Café del Mar,” said Café del Mar Australasia CEO John Zappia. “the island is set to become ‘the new Ibiza’ with a growing market for music-based events. As the brand continues to grow, guests will always enjoy a stand-out experience with a fusion of the best Balearic music and hospitality.”

And while you’re relaxing by the pool, listening to chill out beats and enjoying the views? Graze on ceviche and wash it down with an innovative cocktail or, in true Ibiza style, some out-of-this-world sangria.
