Butter’s Fried Chicken Ramen Is The Only Thing You Need This Winter

Butter‘s fried chicken ramen is back on the menu, you guys. And there’s only one logical thing to do: hook it to your veins!

We’re two months deep into autumn and winter’s just around the corner, so Butter’s delicious bowl of chicken and dashi-based broth, tonkutsu-style crispy fried chicken tenders and noodle goodness couldn’t have come at a better time to be honest.

As we ready our cold-weather hibernation strategies, Butter’s definitely got us covered. You can also expect ajitsuke tamago (marinated soft boiled half egg) and enoki mushrooms atop your ramen to sweeten the deal.

Ramen not your thing? Never fear, Butter’s got you covered with enough fried chicken to cure your fried-chickenitis any day of the week. Other Butter menu highlights include a range of burgers — OG Chicken Sandwich, Cheezus Sandwich and the Biggie Shroom — impossibly crispy thighs, wings and tenders, as well as a line-up of first-class booze to wash it all down. Wings and Dom Perignon anyone? Sold.

Butter’s fried chicken ramen is available at the Surry Hills restaurant from Thursday through Sunday and at the Parramatta Monday through Sunday.
