Brisbane, Qantas Is Launching Direct Flights To Tokyo

Get planning.

The buzz of Tokyo vibrates through its veins. The sprawling and stacked metropolis is like a maze of movement, from the bright neon lights and bustling city sidewalks, to the freshest raw food vendors and hidden karaoke bars. Everything is lively – it sets your senses into overload. No wonder it’s a favourite for Australian travellers, with departures to Japan growing 17 percent in the past year. We certainly love it, see our Tokyo destination features:

Qantas have responded to the gravitational pull of Tokyo by expanding their services into Japan, today announcing direct flights from Brisbane to Tokyo’s Narita Airport starting in August 2015.  This new direct service will operate four times a week and complement a new direct daily Sydney-Haneda service. Qantas will also fly to Narita on three alternate days from another Australian port which is soon to be finalised, meaning the airline will offer double daily services to Japan. Right on.

To celebrate the launch of the non-stop Brisbane to Narita services, there will be sales fare starting at $899 return from December 12 to December 22, 2014 for travel from August 1, 2015.
