Moving to work overseas is on the bucket list of so many travellers, but when you’re part of the LGBTIQ community, choosing where to do so can require a little more research to ensure you’re going to have a fun and, most importantly, safe time.

Luckily recruitment agency Silver Swan reviewed a bunch of key factors, like workplace discrimination laws, employee rights, minimum wage and the inclusion of the LGBTIQ community in every country around the world to find the 30 best countries in the world for LGBTIQ employees to work.
