We can never say no to a good flight sale, and the latest one is thanks to AirAsia — although obviously it’s for domestic fares around Australia, despite ScoMo finally weighing in on Asia travel bubble talks.

We’re talking fares from Melbourne to Sydney from $52 one way, or Brisbane to Sydney from $70. Yes, obviously you’ll have to wait until those particular borders open, which is set to happen with NSW and VIC later this month.

Meanwhile, in Perth, you can get to Broome from $232, Brissy from $290and to Exmouth from $152 one way. In case you weren’t in the know, Exmouth is a small yet mighty coastal town along the Ningaloo Reef. Luckily for you, we just wrote you a long weekend guide to the area.

It’s not just flights though, you can also save up to 40 percent off standard rates at selected hotels, and 20 percent off the normal price of a range of activities.

I know this last part seems like a surprise form the airline, but they’ve been using Covid lockdown to turn their platform into a self-described “one-stop travel and lifestyle platform”.

“The [AirAsia] Super Sale this time offers even more exciting deals as we have included more products and merchants,” said Karen Chan, CEO of

“Through the Super Sale we are able to help further revive the many businesses that have been affected by…the pandemic. We hope everyone will have an enjoyable time shopping and finding the best deals for travel, activities, food, rewards and more”.

The sale is on now until November 22, so pop over to their website to check out the deals.
