For a secret bar that feels like you’ve stepped into another decade, Halford is your best bet. You can find it in basement Safe Room of the 1897 Titles Building, where the decor, vibes and impressive drinks menu all echo the classic 1950s lounge bar.

Halford’s will make you feel like a classy broad, that’s for sure.

#2 Alabama Song

Where: Level 1, Northbridge Social, 232 William Street, Perth

A seriously no nonsense venue, Alabama Song has 130 different types of bourbon and whisky, canned beer straight from the esky and as much classic American diner food that you can possibly stomach. All soundtracked by sweet, live rockabilly tunes. Yeehaw.

#3 Bobeche
