Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights Sound Totally Fun And Not At All Awful

If you’re interested in spending your Friday nights shaking in fear and crying like a child, Universal Studios have got you covered.

They’ve brought together the sickest minds in horror to immerse you in a living, breathing, three-dimensional world of terror – sound fun?

The ‘attractions’ include seven terrifying mazes – yes, the kind you get lost in, except in these ones you have monsters chasing after you. Each maze has its own spooky cinematic theme including American Horror Story, The Exorcist, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and more.

You can look forward to Freddy Krueger and Leatherface hunting you down while you try to find sweet salvation. Oh, and did you know Leatherface has a mentally unhinged brother called Chop Top? Double the fun!

Just in case being chased around by a half-goat, half-demon, horned creature didn’t spook you enough, you’ll also find dedicated ‘Scare Zones’, where scenes from frightening films are re-enacted with masked vigilantes hunting for victims. Great!

So how can you make your getaway? Why, the ‘Terror Tram’ of course! This scary form of transport will expose guests to the  legacy of a serial killer clown named ‘Hollywood Harry’, a former celebrity entertainer who turned into a depraved murderer leaving only carnage behind.

This light hearted fun will continue on select nights at Universal Studios Los Angeles  until November 5, 2016.
