The North Pole Is Getting A Ridiculously Luxe Boutique Hotel
Doze off under the Northern Lights.
SantaLand, a much loved Christmas-themed attraction in Finland, is about to open up a series of luxurious Arctic treehouses that you can (and should) book for the festive season.
On offer at the TreeHouse Resort will be two double, twin and family suites, but the real standouts are the five stunning Arctic Glass Houses on offer, which each feature two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, and a private sauna. Talk about cozy. With floor-to-ceiling windows, you can wake up to views of the surrounding forests and drift to sleep under the Northern Lights. No big deal.
The park the treehouses are being built in is called Santa’s Lapland, which is in Rovaniemi, Finland – Santa’s rumoured birthplace. Reindeer roam the streets, and Saint Nick even has his own quarters within the town’s post office.
The treehouses will be available to book from November 19, so so it’s probably time to start planning your white Christmas.
