Australia’s Best Infinity Pool Is In The Middle Of The Outback

As they say, the hardest part about visiting the Kimberley region in northern WA is the part where you have to leave. It’s also the part when you realise just how much ground there is to cover and how much cool stuff there is to experience in Australia’s rugged and remote north-west region.

Located near the East Kimberley town of Kununurra is the enormous Lake Argyle. It’s Australia’s second largest freshwater man-made reservoir and a pretty great place to visit, made better by this totally killer viewing spot – a sky-high infinity pool.

This Insta-gasm is located at the Lake Argyle Resort & Caravan Park, and is open all day to guests of the resort and park. Spanning 35 metres wide, the pool overlooks some of the most breathtaking scenery in Australia and is also the perfect way to beat that pounding Outback heat.
